Refund & cancellation policy.

Nothing on Skilture costs money yet, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. Premium features are free with an account during early access. The rest of this page applies once paid plans start, and we will announce that at least 14 days ahead.

• Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, from your account or by contacting us.
• When you cancel, no further payment is taken. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account goes back to the free plan.
• Cancelling never deletes your account, your resumes or your scores. Deleting your account is a separate step.

• Your first payment: if you ask within 7 days of it, we refund it in full. No reason needed.
• Renewals: not refunded once the new period has started, because you can cancel any time before it renews. If a renewal surprised you and you have not used the paid features since, write to us within 7 days and we will refund it.
• Charged twice, or charged for something that did not work: refunded in full, whenever you notice it.
• If we remove a paid feature before the end of a period you paid for, we refund the unused part of that period.

Payments are handled by a payment provider acting as the seller of record, and refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, in the currency you paid in. Once we approve a refund it usually reaches you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
